Shipping Policy for Avyna™
1. Order Processing & Fulfillment
At Avyna™, we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Once an order is placed, our fulfillment team begins preparing it for shipment. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before your package is shipped.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- If an item is out of stock or requires additional verification, processing times may be extended.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Timeframes & Delivery
Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days
- International Shipping: 10-20 business days (varies by destination and customs processing)
Note: Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
3. Tracking & Lost Packages
- Once your package has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
- Avyna™ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments caused by the carrier. If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
- If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team, and we will do our best to assist you.
4. Address Accuracy & Shipping Errors
- Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
- If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the order.
- Avyna™ is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to select countries. If your country is not available at checkout, we may not offer shipping to your location at this time.
- Certain items may be restricted based on local regulations. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their order complies with their country's import laws.
6. Refund & Returns Policy for Shipped Items
Products Cannot Be Refunded Until Received
Avyna™ does not issue refunds or process returns for products that are still in transit. Refunds and returns are only eligible once the product has been received by the customer.
- If you wish to request a return or refund, you must first receive your order.
- If there is an issue with your order (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
- Refund requests for orders that are still in transit or marked as "in delivery" will not be processed.
